A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR

PUMPS -- BID ',¢ 36-4
WHEREAS, bids were opened on January 17, 1986, and
WHEREAS, Water. Resources is the
lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the bid of Water Resources for
1: Horizontal pump 3000 gpm capacity at 162 feet of
head, complete with electric motor in the amount
of $10,363.00
2: Horizontal pump 1500 gpm capacity at 162 feet of
head, complete with electric motor in the amount
of $5,970.00 -
3: Vertical turbine pump 1500 gpm capacity at 162
feet head, complete with electric motor in the amount
of $10,587.00
4: Vertical turbine pump 500 gpm capacity at 162
_feet head, complete with electric motor in the
amount of $5_, 715.00 ,
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of January , 1986.

Contract. Supplier requires 30 days notice for actual shipping of pipe and fittings to

provided with mechanical seals.
