CITY -OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-22�/
A RESOLUTION -APPOINTING FRED ADLER TO THE
BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE._
WHEREAS, there currently exists a vacancy on the Board of
Consumer Affairs; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to appoint a
member to the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1_ That pursuant to Section 2-5 of the Code, Fred
Adler is hereby appointed a member of the Board of Consumer
Affairs for a term to expire on May 11, 1987.
,SECT7QN 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
