CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-z�f5
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR SOD AND LANDSCAPING BY I-95
BUILDERS FOR WOODMONT TRACT 57, LOT 89; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, I-95 Builders has filed with the City a Cash
Performance Bond in the amount of $1,100.00 for sod and
landscaping for Woodmont tract 57, Lot 89; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Performance Bond posted by I-
95 Builders in the amount Of $1,100.00 for sod and land-
scaping for Woodmont Tract 57, Lot 89 is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION-2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
