CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 196
A RESOLUTION REGARDING DISPOSITION OF
A BOND POSTED BY GREEN KROLL AT WOODMONT
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH
WOODMONT TRACT 71 PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Green Kroll at Woodmont, as Principal, with
Coral Gables Federal, as Surety, has filed with the City a
Letter of Credit in the amount of $56,442.02 for public
improvements associated with the Woodmont Tract 71 project;
and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not
properly completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work
is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are
true and correct.
,SECTION 2: That the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to call the Letter of Credit in the amount
of $56,442.02 posted by Green Kroll at Woodmont, as Princi-
pal, with Coral Gables Federal, as Surety, if an extension to
this Letter of Credit has not been provided on or before June
16, 1986.
SECTION3: That the appropriate City officials may
release the bond posted by Green Kroll if the remedial
repairs have been completed by June 16, 1986 and certified by
the City Engineering Department.

SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
