CITY -OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-/9;?'
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR LANDSCAPING BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR
KINGS POINT RECREATION COMPLEX; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTI DAT
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc, as Principal, and Manufac-
turers National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 84594 in the amount of $836.00 to
guarantee landscaping improvements at Kings Point Recreation
Complex; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
ySECTI_QN 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 84594 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc. as Principal, and Manufacturers National
Bank of Detroit, as Surety, in the amount of $836.00 for land-
scaping improvements at Kings Point Recreational Complex, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
,gE_QTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
