CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-,Zf-f
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
BY K. HERRON- & SONS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC., FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A
SIDEWALK ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SOUTHGATE
BOULEVARD; BID 85-12; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, K. Herron & Sons Concrete Construction Company,
Inc., as Principal, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland,
as Surety, has filed with the City a Bond in the amount of
$ 22,330.00 to guarantee the five foot sidewalk on the south side
of Southgate Blvd., Bid 85-12; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE6ULVED by THE L;UU1VU1L Ur 'rnr, %.lia yr
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l That the Bond posted by K. Herron & Sons
Concrete Construction Company, Inc., as Principal, and Fidelity
and Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety, the amount of
$ 22,330.00 is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION -,2 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
