3 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY JILL AND
MICHAEL.TAYLOR FOR GOLF VILLAS AT SABAL PALM,
BUILDING SEVEN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
5 DATE.

7 WHEREAS, Jill and Michael Taylor has filed with the City a
B Cash Bond in the amount of $ 250.00 to guarantee installation of
beautification (curb) at Golf Villas at Sabal Palm, Building

10 Seven; and
11 WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
iZ work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
13 release of said bond.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
15 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
16 SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Jill and Michael
17 Taylor in the amount of $ 250.00 for beautification (curb) at
Golf Villas at Sabal Palms is HEREBY RELEASED.

19 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
20 immediately upon adoption.
