CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-It?sZ
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CASH PERFORMANCE
BONDS POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY CUR-
RENT BUILDERS FOR GOLF VILLAS AT SABAL
PALM: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Current Builders has filed with the City the
following cash bonds to guarantee beautification at Golf
Villas at Sabal Palm:
Sabal Palm Building #1 $ 4,500.00
Current Builders Building #7 2,250.00
Current/Sabal Beautification 3,600.00
Sabal Palm Beautification 6,429.75
Current Bond 10,500.00
Current Building #5 2,250.00
TOTAL $29,529.75
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been partially completed and has recommended release
of portions of said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION _11: That the following cash bonds posted by
Current Builders to guarantee beautification at Golf Villas
at Sabal Palm are HEREBY RELEASED: AMOUNT
BOND TO BE
POSTED RELEASED
Sabal Palm Building #1 $ 4,500.00 $ 3,500.00
Current Builders Building #7 2,250.00 250.00
Current/Sabal Beautification 3,600.00 3,600.00
