RESOLUTION NO. °�
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R--86-191; PROVIDING
A NEW EFFECTIVE DATE FOR RESOLUTION NO. 86--191;
PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVER-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION �:- That Resolution No. 86--191 shall hereby be
Amended so that the effective date of Resolution No. 86-191
shall be September 1, 1986.
All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
.conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 3:_ Should any section or provision of this
Resolution or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as a whole or any part thereof, other
than the part declared to be invalid.
SECTIONS That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
