Reso. t� 4177 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA RESOLUTION NO. R- 8 6 - eLZ A RESOLUTION ISSUING A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR THE UNIVERSITY AND MQNAB PLAT_ _ _ PROJECT. DEVELCPN1L',r1- ORDER NO. 182 ANDPROVIDING AN E F CTIVE DATE. MMTC S, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the applica- tion -for a develoment order by the applicant for development approval; and WHmtEm, the City Council has examined and investigated the application, staff and Planning Commission reccmwendations, and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated 6/ 5/86 ; and W=-AS, the City Council reviewed the develc pment order and acccnipanying documents at a public meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in ccr:r pliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any unit on the development that is the subject of the application. I FLORIDA: NOW, THEFMFE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMAPAC, SECTION 1: That the development described on the attached development status sheet dated 6/ 5/ 86 is granted a development order to proceed subject to the following conditions: A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and spec- ifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings. B. commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year fr(n the date of this approval. If the development does not cm mence construction within one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in accordance with applicable regulations. C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict ccn pliance with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the original requirements. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development order are set forth as follows: N °v' e5 SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this develogrent order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void. SECTION 3: This development order as conditioned shall become effective imYtiediately upon passage.
