CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION R-86-eZ
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PAVING AND DRAINAGE BY LEN-
NAR HOMES, INC., FOR KINGS POINT REC-
REATION COMPLEX; AND PROVIDING AN EFF-
ECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Mang--
facturers National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, has filed with
the City Letter of Credit No. 84693 in the amount of
$15,408.10 to guarantee paving and drainage at Kings Point
Recreation Complex; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC; FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 84693 posted
by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal and Manufacturers
National Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $15,408.10 for
paving and drainage at Kings Point Recreation Complex is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
