RESOLUTION NO. R-86--c?3 �
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED BY LENNAR HOMES FOR ASHMONT PHASE II
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING -AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond posted by Lennar Homes,
in the form of a Letter of Credit #83271 in the amount of
$4,260.91 posted for the sanitary sewer systems at the Ashmont
Phase II project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of? _, 1986.
