CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-Z4/�
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF
LARRY PERRETTI AS ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC; ESTABLISHING A
SALARIES; ESTABLISHING THAT THE DUTIES OF
THE ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER SHALL BE SPEC-
IFIED BY THE CITY MANAGER; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION ..1: That the appointment of Larry Perretti as
Assistant City Manager of the City of Tamarac is hereby
ratified.
SECTION 2: That the starting salary for Larry Perretti
as Assistant City Manager shall be calculated at the salary
he was receiving as Personnel Director upon assuming the
position of the City Manager plus any normal increments he
would have received as Personnel Director during the course
and performance of his duties as City Manager.
SECTION 3: That the City Manager of the City of Tamarac
shall have the responsibility pursuant to Section 5.04 of the
City Charter to assign all duties to the Assistant City
Manager as he deems appropriate.
SE TI N 4: All other provisions and conditions found in
Section 5.04 of the City Charter of the City of Tamarac shall
be applied as set forth therein.
