CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86--2-V%r
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
APPOINT A COMMITTEE OF NO LESS THAN
FIVE (5) MEMBERS TO REVIEW THE SALARIES
AND EXPENSE ACCOUNTS AND PROCEDURES
PERTAINING THERETO OF THE CITY COUNCIL;
PROVIDING FOR A TITLE; PROVIDING FOR
TERMS1_ AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Tamarac to establish a Committee to review the salaries,
expense accounts and procedures pertaining thereto of the
City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION�1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
appoint and establish a Committee of no less than five (5)
members to review the City Council salaries, expense accounts
and procedures pertaining thereto.
SECTION 2: The said Committee shall be known as the
Salary Review Committee.
SECTION 3: That the members appointed to the Salary
Review Committee shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor of
the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 4: That the Salary Review Committee shall meet
as it deems appropriate.
SECTION _5: That the Salary Review Committee shall
report its findings and recommendations to the City Council.
SECTION 66: The City Council shall abolish the Salary
Review Committee upon adoption of the appropriate Resolution.

SECTION 7: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
