R-86-25 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR 3 CERTAIN PARCELS IN THE CITY TO THE SAW- GRASS-DEERFIELD BEACH EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY AND P VIDI AN EFFECTIuR nAmwo BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: ,SECTI_QA_l: That in reliance on the representations of Officials from the Sawgrass -Deerfield Expressway Authority that six (6) lanes of Commercial Boulevard are included in the Phase I Construction so that Commercial Boulevard will have six (6) lanes open to traffic between the expressway and N.W. 88 Avenue, when the Commercial Boulevard expressway exit is open to traffic and that there will be upgraded land- scaping installed by the Authority at Cypress Commons (by the C-14 Canal) and at the Commercial Boulevard exit, the City hereby authorizes and directs the proper City Officials to execute a Quit Claim Deed for Expressway Parcels 137.1, 139.1 and 144.1. $.992ION 2: That this Resolution shall become effec- tive upon its adoption.
