CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--86- ;-7S:V
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CASH PERFORMANCE BONDS
POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION IMPROVEMENTS AT
PINEAPPLE PARK; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Pineapple Park at Woodmont has filed Cash Bonds
with the City in the amount of $5,950.00 to guarantee beautifi-
cation improvements at this project; and
WHEREASr the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECT1921 1: That the cash bonds posted by Pineapple Park at
Woodmont for Building 3 - $ 750.00, Building 4 - $2,275.00,
Building 5 - $ 875.00, Building 6 -- $1,200.00, Building 9 -
$ 200.00, Building 10 - $ 650.00 in the total amount of
$5,590.00 for Beautification improvements at this project is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
