CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING 2 REGULAR MEMBERS
AND 2 ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
-SECTION 1: That pursuant to Chapter 28, Cdw t rd/
0G,11( e// is HEREBY APPOINTED as a regular Member
to the Board of Adjustment for a three (3) year term to
expire July, 1989.
rV #A01"; 710N is HEREBY APPOINTED as a regular Member
to the Board of Adjustment for a two (2) year term to expire
July 1988.

APPOINTED as alternate Members for one (1) year terms to
expire July 1987.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
