A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
3 PETITION #5-2-86 FOR A GASOLINE SERVICE STA-
TION AT LOT 10, BLOCK 10, LYONS COMMERCIAL SUB-
DIVISION #2.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
6 the granting of special exception to permit a gasoline
7 service station on the premises at Lot 10, Block 1.0, Lyons
B Commercial Subdivision #2, Tamarac; and
9 WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
10 has been given an opportunity to express their views con--
11 cerning the application for Special Exception; and
12 WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
13 the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
14 the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
15 Tamarac.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
17 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1$ 5BCTION1: That the petition #5--2-86 for special
19 exception to permit a gasoline service station on Lot 10,
20 Block 10, Lyons Commercial Subdivision #2 located on the
21 Northeast corner of Commercial Blvd. and N.W. 94th Avenue.
