CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--86-Z6 j/
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR LANDSCAPING BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR
BELFORT PHASE I; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Southeast
Bank, N.A. as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No. L06004 in the amount of $835.00 to guarantee land-
scaping at Belfort Phase I; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. L06004 posted
by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Southeast Bank NA,as
Surety, in the amount of $835.00 for landscaping at
Belfort Phase I, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION -2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of �� ,1986.
