RESOLUTION NO. R-86-- �>2 7Cc
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
PUBLIC SAFETY INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT
OFFERED BY TAMARAC HOSPITAL CORPORATION,
INC., AND HCA REALTY, INC., FOR THE
TAMARAC MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the public safety ingress/egress
easement offered by Tamarac Hospital Corporation, Inc., and
HCA Realty, Inc., for the Tamarac Medical Office Building, is
hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said easement being
attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the
City.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to record said easement in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption.

PUBLIC SAFETY INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT
THIS PUBLIC SAFETY INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT is made this

off HCA Realty, Inc. , a TN (the "Grantor") , to the City of Tamarac, a
municipal corporation (the "Grantee").

W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS. Grantor is the fee simple owner of the real
property described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto; (the
"Property") and
WHEREAS. Grantor desires to create a non-exclusive
easement in favor of grantee for ingress and egress over the
property, as indicated on Exhibit "A", upon the terms and
conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE. in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) paid to Grantor, the receipt and adequacy of
which is hereby acknowledged, and for other good and valuable
considerations. Grantor does hereby create, establish and
grant a non-exclusive easement on, over, under and through
the Property to Grantee for the purpose of permitting public
ingress and egress across the property to provide municipal
services such as utility maintenance, canal maintenance,
fire protection, police protection and emergency and other
public safety services.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, Grantor has caused this Easement to
