CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-,? %9
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY WOODVALE BUILDERS,
INC., FOR WOODMONT TRACT 72-C; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Woodvale Builders, Inc., as Principal, and
Florida Coast Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. 477 in the amount of $83,067.50 to
guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 72-C (Pine --
apple Park); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year war-
ranty bond in the amount of $21,298.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 477 posted by
Woodvale Builders, Inc., as Principal, and Florida Coast Bank
as Surety, in the amount of $83,067.50 for public
improvements at Woodmont Tract 72--C is HEREBY RELEASED, sub-
ject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$21,298.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
