CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-o2-76
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
FOR BEAUTIFICATION AT 8415 N. W. 80 COURT
BY THE HOFFMAN GROUP OF FLORIDA, INC., AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Hoffman Group of Florida, Inc., has filed
with the City a cash bond in the amount of $1,800.00 to
guarantee certain beautification improvements at 8415 N. W.
80 Court; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by The Hoffman
Group of Florida, Inc., in the amount of $1,800.00 for
beautification at 8415 N. W. 80 Court is HEREBY RELEASED.
,OECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
