CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-o2r67
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR LANDSCAPING BY LENNAR HOMES, INC.
FOR BELFORT PHASE II; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal and
Manufacturers National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, has filed
with the City Letter of Credit No. 85190 in the amount of
$671.76 to guarantee installation of landscaping at Belfort
Phase II; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $168.60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 85190 posted
by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Manufacturers
National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, in the amount of $671.60
for landscaping at Belfort Phase II, is HEREBY RELEASED,
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
of $168.60.
ECTI 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
