CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY J-
REX LTD., INC., FOR THE POOL MART PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, J-Rex Ltd., Inc., has filed with the City a cash
bond in the amount of $4,950.50 to guarantee public improve-
ments at the Pool Mart project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $1,237.63.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC:
OECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by J-Rex Ltd.,
Inc., in the amount of $4,950.50 for public improvements at
Pool Mart is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt- of a one-
year warranty bond in the amount of $1,237.63.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
