CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-'Z'�rf
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY TOLL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE LANDINGS ON
CYPRESS GREENS (FORMERLY PATIO HOMES AT
FAIRMONT); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Toll Development Corporation, as Principal and
Cypress Savings Association, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 1 in the amount of $227,305.00 to
guarantee public improvements at The Landings on Cypress
Greens (formerly Patio Homes at Fairmont); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommend-
ed release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $58,171.18 and a performance bond in
the amount of $21,904.00 for the incomplete public sidewalks
ad landscaping.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
.5.ECTION 1: That the letter of Credit No. 1 posted by
Toll Development Corporation, as Principal, and Cypress
Savings Association, as Surety, in the amount of $227,305.00
for public improvements at The Landings on Cypress Greens
(formerly Patio Homes at Fairmont) is HEREBY RELEASED,
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
of $58,171.18 and a performance bond in the amount of $
$21,904.00 for the incomplete public sidewalks and landscap-
ing.
