RESOLUTION NO. R-86- L e
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A RIGHT-OF-
WAY DEED FOR THE WEST 40 FEET ALONG LOTS 8 AND 9
OF BLOCK 11 OF THE LYONS COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION
NO. 3 PLAT OFFERED BY PROGRAMS UNDERWRITERS
INC., FOR PROGRAM UNDERWRITERS OFFICE BUILDING
N0. 2; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
E TI That the Right -of -Way deed for the west
40 feet along Lots 8 & 9 Block 11 on University Drive offered by
Program Underwriters, Inc., for Programs Underwriters Office
Building No. 2 project, is HEREBY APPROVED and accepted, a copy
of said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "1".
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record said deed in the public records of Broward County,
Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22 day of , 1986.
