CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- �3
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHRISTINE MARIE CARSKY CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD PROSECUTOR FOR THE CITY OF
TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS, Christine Marie Carsky has performed her duties
as City Prosecutor in a most commendable fashion; and
WHEREAS, even with the establishment of the Code
Enforcement Board the City of Tamarac still has the option of
bringing certain cases to County Court; and
WHEREAS, it would therefore be most efficient to keep
City prosecutions within the realm of one prosecutorial
office.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,S,E,GTIQN 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac
hereby appoints Christine Marie Carsky as Code Enforcement
Board Prosecutor for the City of Tamarac.
,SECTIQN_2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

1986.
