RESOLUTION NO. R-86-�91
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES AT BLUE DOLPHIN RESTAURANT, 8104
NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE, PETITION #33-Z-85;
AANDPR.QVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the consumption of alco-
holic beverages on the premises at Blue Dolphin Restaurant, 8104
North University Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION1: That the petition for special exception to permit
on -premises consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Blue Dolphin
Restaurant, 8104 North University Drive, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1 - Hours for serving beer, wine or alcoholic beverages are
3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and
3:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, Friday and Saturday.
2 - License is non -transferable without City Council approval.
3 - Beer, wine and alcoholic beverages are to be served in con-
junction with the operation of the restaurant only.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22 day of January 1 1986.
