RESOLUTION NO. R 86- ,-,!..
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
TUW PROJECT 86-5 201 PUMP STATION,
BID NO. 86--21, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the
Administration to go to bid at its meeting on June 25,
1986, and
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on August 11 and August 16, 1986, and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on August 29, 1986, and
WHEREAS, REACTOR CONTROLS, INC. is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of REACTOR CONTROLS, INC. in
the amount of $1,480,100.00, is hereby approved and the
appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to execute
all contract documents necessary to the awarding of the bid.
SECTION 3: This RESOLUTION shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
