CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86 —3/cP
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR SIDEWALKS, SLABS, CURBS, AND GUTTERS BY
LENNAR HOMES, INC. FOR KINGS POINT RECREATION
COMPLEX; AND PRQVIDINg AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Manufac-
turers National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City
Warranty Letter of Credit No. #85320 in the amount of
$10,039.69 to guarantee installation of sidewalks, slabs,
curbs, gutters at Kings Point Recreation Complex, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Warranty Letter of Credit No.
#85320 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and
Manufacturers National Bank, as Surety, in the amount of
$10,039.69 for sidewalks, slabs, curbs, and gutters at Kings
Point Recreation Complex is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
