CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 31J
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PHASE I SEWER, BY LENNAR HOMES, INC. FOR
KINGS POINT-BELFORT AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc. as Principal, and Manu-
facturers National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City a
warranty Letter of Credit No. #84147 in the amount of
$12,899.25 to guarantee installation of sewers at Belfort
Phase I.
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty Letter of Credit No.
#84147 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc, as Principal, and
Manufacturers National Bank, as Surety, in the amount of
$12,899.25 for installation of sewers at Belfort Phase I, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION -2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ?41 day of Z ,1986.
