CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86--32
A RESOLUTION REGARDING A WAIVER OF PLATTING
FOR WOODMONT TRACT NO. 24; REPEALING RESOLU-
TION R-85-259 WHICH HAD GRANTED A WAIVER;-
REFUNDING.A CASH BOND POSTED FOR THE WAIVER;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFFC-T-JV_ DATE._ -
WHEREAS, Tract No. 24 Associates, Inc. was granted a
Waiver of Platting by the City Council pursuant to Resolution
R-85-259; and
WHEREAS, a $15,000 cash bond was posted by Tract No. 24
Associates for that Waiver; and
WHEREAS, Tract No. 24 Associates has not yet requested
any building permits (nor have any been issued) for its
development; and
WHEREAS, Tract No. 24 Associates has requested a refund
of the bond which will necessitate a cancellation of the
Waiver;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the above statements are true.
SZQTION 2: That the Waiver of Platting granted to Tract
No. 24 Associates pursuant to Resolution R-85-259 is hereby
withdrawn at the request of the petitioner, and Resolution R--
85-259 is hereby repealed.
SECS O�.,N 3: That the $15,000 cash demolition bond posted
pursuant to Resolution R-85-259 is here by released.
SECTION 4.: That no development permits are to be issued
until the Plat for Tract No. 24 has been recorded in the
Public Records of Broward County (pursuant to City Code).
SECTION-5: That the Site Plan for Tract No. 24 shall

remain valid until Monday, June 16, 1986 unless extended
prior to its expiration.

tive upon adoption.
