R-86- .32-0 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING UTILITY EASEMENTS AND PUMP STATIONS OFFERED BY TAMARAC ENTERPRISES INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF. THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION-1: That the Utility Easements and Pump Stations 1E, 2E, and 3E offered by Tamarac Enterprises Inc. are HEREBY APPROVED and accepted, a copy of said easements being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1, 2, _and ,3 i" SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute said easements on behalf of the City. ,SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said easements in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
