CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
Resolution No. R-86- 3
A RESOLUTION ASSESSING A RATE FOR THE RESI-
DENTIAL GARBAGE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL FEE;
PROVIDING FOR 100% BILLING OF SAID FEE; AND
PRQYIDTNG AN-EFFECTIYEDATE..
WHEREAS, Ordinance 0-85-53, creating Article IV of
Chapter 11 of the Tamarac City Code, established the
authority of the City Council to set by resolution the rate
of the garbage collection and di-8posal fee as a percentage of
the actual cost incurred by the City under its residential
garbage collection and disposal contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE .IT R$SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:`
SECTION 1: That a rate of 100% of the actual cost
incurred by the City under its residential garbage collection
and disposal contract shall be established as a residential
garbage collection and disposal fee.
SECTION 2: Said fee shall amount to the following
charge per month for:
(a) curb service per unit
other than condominium $ 6.37
(b) dumpster service per
unit condominium $ 3.06
Said fee shall be billed on the customer's
regular utility bill.
E T ON 3: This Resolution shall be effective immedi-
ately upon approval. The fee assessed pursuant to this
resolution shall commence October 1, 1986.
