CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN
EASEMENT AND OPTION AGREEMENT OFFERED BY
BOCA COUNTRY ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR BAYSIDE
AT ISLES OF TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the easement and Option Agreement with Boca
Country Associates, Inc., for the City to remove or demolish the
temporary structure used for a sales and administration office after
expiration of the use permit at Bayside at Isles of Tamarac, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 22 Conditions of approval:
1) Receipt of a cash bond in the amount of $3,100.00,
ECTIOE 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22day of January_ ,1986.
