CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 86--
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF
PARKING REQUESTED BY TERENCE RUNDLE FOR
THE PROPOSED RUNDLE OFFICE BUILDING (STARR
CENTRE); PETITION #10-Z-86; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides
that Council may grant a limited waiver of the off-street
parking and loading requirements whenever a hardship would
exist by adhering to strict application thereof, and further
provides that the waiver would not be detrimental to public
safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at the proposed Rundle Office
Building (Starr Centre), on the north side of McNab Road,
approximately 228 feet west of N. W. 70 Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public
hearing thereon and has made a recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the
limited waiver requested in the application of Terence
Rundle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application of Terence Rundle, to
permit ten (10) ninety degree (909) parking spaces of the
total seventy-four (74) parking spaces, at the proposed
Rundle Office Building (Starr Centre), is HEREBY APPROVED,
and such limited waiver would not be detrimental to the
public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the
City.

adoption.
