RESOLUTION NO. R-86-,� `�/
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN
IRREVOCABLE OPTION OFFERED BY BONAIRE
ASSOCIATES, LTD., FOR THE WATER PLACE
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,5ECTI 1: That the Irrevocable Option offered by
Bonaire Associates, Ltd., pertaining to private streets
within the Water Place Project is hereby approved and
accepted, a copy of said option being attached hereto as
"Exhibit 1".
,SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said easement in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
,SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which
is acknowledged, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., A Florida Limited Partnership, the
owner and holder of the property subject to the plat, easements, and restrictions
of record hereinafter more particularly described, as grantor, whose mailing
address is 7800 N.W. 78th Street, Tamarac, FL 33321, gives and grants to the
City of Tamarac for a period of fifty (50) years from the date herein, an option
to purchase for One Dollar ($1.00) any or all private streets to be located
on the real property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. These private
streets will be located on the easements provided for in the Plat of Woodmont,
Tract 74 and 75, as recorded in Plat Book 108, at Page 39, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida. The option shall terminate upon vacation of the
easement by the City of Tamarac.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this instrument the
