CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-,3 S
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. R-85-205
WHICH APPROVED STIPULATION 19 TO CASE NO. 72-
11731CZ WITH WOODMONT CENTER ASSOCIATES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council on June 26, 1985 approved Stipula-
tion 19 with Woodmont Center Associates in conjunction with
Rezoning Petition No. 21-Z-85, and
WHEREAS, Woodmont Center Associates has withdrawn its Rezon-
ing Petition thereby nullifyng Stipulation 19.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. R-85-205 dated June 26,
1985, approving Stipulation No. 19 for Woodmont Center Associates
in conjunction with Rezoning Petition No. 21-Z-85 is hereby re-
pealed.
,SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
