CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 354;2-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM MIDWAY INVEST-
MENTS, INC., FOR ALL OF THE RAW WATER
COLLECTION SYSTEM AND WELLS NO. 20, 21,
22 AND 23 FOR UTILITIES WEST PROJECT 86-4
MIDWAY PLAZA WELLS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Midway Investments, Inc., for all of the raw water collection
system and wells No. 20, 21, 22 and 23 for Utilities West
Project 86-4, Midway Plaza Wells, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
