A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A
TELEPHONE SYSTEM FROM ROLM TELEPHONE SYSTEM
(AN I.B.M. COMPANY) FOR THE CITY OF TAMARAC
FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FIVE
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR AND 00/100
DOLLARS ($105,844.00); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE D TE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
ENTIM 1: That the City Council hereby approves
purchase of a telephone system from Rolm Telephone System (an
I.B.M. company) for the City of Tamarac in the amount of One
Hundred Five Thousand Eight Hundred Forty -Four and 00/100
Dollars ($105,844.00).
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized and directed to execute all necessary
documents necessary for the implementation of the Rolm
Telephone System.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
