CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 35S
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH DURBIN PAPER
STOCK COMPANY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
D&U.- -- -----
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
- SECTIQN —1: That the City Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida hereby approves an amendment to the Agree-
ment between the City of Tamarac and Durbin Paper Stock
Company, attached hereto and a part hereof as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to execute said Amendment.
B_BCTION--_3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

EXHIBIT "A"
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
AND
DURBIN PAPER STOCK COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, Florida and DurbiPaper
Stock Company entered into an Agreement on the
day of LC , 1986, in which the City of Tamarac
shall provide and maintain a site for Durbin Paper Stock
Company to operate a recycling center; and
WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of amending said
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants
contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. That all provisions of the Agreement entered into '
• on �2 --5-.*;�( day of < *r- — , 1986 referred to above shall
remain unchanged and unaffected by this Amendment with the
exception of paragraph 4 which shall read as follows.
Section 4: Durbin Paper Stock Company shall place
one 20-foot roll -off container on the site for the
purpose of buying used newspapers from the general

2. This Amendment shall take effect upon the date of
execution by the parties hereto.
