RESOLUTION NO. R-86 - J.56
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
VORDERMEIER MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR MAR-
SHALLS PLAZA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Vordermeier Management Company, as Principal, has
filed with the City a cash warranty bond in the amount of
$2,500.00 to guarantee public improvements at Marshalls Plaza;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the cash warranty bond posted by
Vordermeier Management Company, as Principal in the amount
of $2,500.00 for public improvements at Marshalls Plaza is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION-2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
