CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- `351
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED PUR-
SUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 76-26 FOR A HOME
LOCATED AT 8512 NW 80 STREET; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
SECTION 1_ That the warranty bond, in the form of a
Certificate of Deposit No. 00335, in the amount of $1,500.00,
posted pursuant to Ordinance No. 76-26, as a warranty against
construction defects and code violations for a home located
at 8512 NW 80 Street, is hereby released to Kenneth Schwartz,
313 Devon Place, Morganville, New Jersey 07751.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
