CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-,_31SY
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED FOR
BEAUTIFICATION BY THE SPERRY & HUTCHINSON COM-
PANY, INC., FOR THE S & H GREEN STAMP REDEMPTION
CENTE A D PROVIDING -AN -EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Sperry & Hutchinson Company, Inc. has filed
with the City a Cash Band in the amount of $2,457.00 to
guarantee installation of beautification at the S & H Green
Stamp Redemption Center; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by The Sperry &
Hutchinson Company Inc. in the amount of $2,457.00 for
beautification at the S & H Green Stamp Redemption Center
is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall became effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED ADOPTED AND APPROVED this o2,.2- day of ,1986.
