4 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF PARK-
ING REQUESTED BY WOODLANDS GOLF ASSOC. INC.,
5 FOR THE PARKING LOT AT WOODLANDS COUNTRY CLUB,
4600 WOODLANDS BOULEVARD; PETITION #12-Z-86;
6 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
7 WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City
y Code provides that
8
Council may grant a limited waiver of the off-street parking and
9 loading.requirements whenever a hardship would exist by adhering
10
to strict application thereof, and further provides that the
11 waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and
12 welfare of the citizens of the City; and
13
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at the Woodlands Country Club
14
parking lot; and
15
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
16 thereon and has made a recommendation; and
17
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the
18 limited waiver requested in the application of Woodlands Golf,
19
Association, Inc., Petition #12-Z-86.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
21
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION_1: That the application to permit 244 valet
23 parking spaces measuring 9-feet by 18-feet with a 24-foot drive-
24 way between parking lanes at the parking lot of the Woodlands
25 Country Club, 4600 Woodlands Boulevard is HEREBY APPROVED, and
26 such limited waiver would not be detrimental to the public
27 safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City.
