3 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF PARK-
ING REQUESTED BY LEW LAUTIN, PRESIDENT, THE
4 LANDINGS ON CYPRESS GREENS, PETITION #15-Z-86;

6 WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides that
7 Council may grant a limited waiver of the off-street parking and
8 loading requirements whenever a hardship would exist by adhering
g to strict application thereof, and further provides that the
10 waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and
11 welfare of the citizens of the City; and
12 WHEREAS, a hardship exists at The Landings on Cypress Greens
13 located on the east side of N.W. 94 Avenue and N.W. 61 Street; and
14 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
15 thereon and has made a recommendation; and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the
17 limited waiver requested in the application of Lew Lautin, Presi-
18 dent, The Landings on Cypress Greens, Petition #15-Z--86.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
20 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
21 ,SECTION_1: That the application to waive the requirement
22 of providing a forward means of exiting the driveways in front of
23 Building 14, Units 31 through 36, and Building 15, Units 37
24 through 42, of The Landings on Cypress Greens, is HEREBY
25 APPROVED, and such limited waiver would not be detrimental to the
26 public pafety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City.
