CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 8 6 - 3 78
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR TUW PROJECT
84-20B, 900 KW EMERGENCY GENERATOR, BID
NO. 86-23; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on July 23, 1986, and
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on September 25, 1986 and October 2, 1986,
and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on October 8, 1986, and
-WHEREAS, KELLY TRACTOR COMPANY, PANTROPIC POWER
PRODUCTS DIVISION (CATERPILLAR MOTOR), is the lowest
fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of KELLY TRACTOR COMPANY,
PANTROPIC POWER PRODUCTS DIVISION (CATERPILLAR MOTOR) in

the amount of $138,125.00 is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: This RESOLUTION shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
