CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-�
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE REGULAR MEMBER AND
ONE ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE NORTH DISTRICT
REGIONAL WASTEWATER ADVISORY BOARD; AND PROVID-
INCN_EFFECTIVE_ DATE,_
WHEREAS, the City Council, by the adoption of Resolution
81-221, appointed a member and an alternate member to the North
District Regional Wastewater Advisory Board consisting of mem-
bers representing each municipality which constitute the Large
Users• of the wastewater facilities to serve in an advisory
capacity to the board of County Commissioners in the area of
rates and facilities of wastewater treatment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing a new
regular member and an alternate member to this advisory board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Engineer/Utilities Director is
hereby appointed to serve as the regular Tamarac representative
to the Broward County - North District Regional Wastewater
Advisory Board.
SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby appointed to
serve as the alternate Tamarac representative to the Broward
County - North District Regional Wastewater Advisory Board.
SECTION _3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
