CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-o$o
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY CURRENT BUILDERS, INC.,
FOR GOLF VILLAS AT SABAL PALM FOR BUILDINGS 7,
1 AND 5; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Current Builders, Inc., has filed with the City
a Cash Bond in the amount of $4,000.00 to guarantee
beautification at Golf Villas at Sabal Palm for the following
buildings:
Building #7 - Permit 1556 - $2,000.00
Building #1 - Permit 1387 - $1,000.00
Building #5 - Permit 1383 - $1,000.00
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SEQTIQN 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Current
Builders, Inc., 2780 NW 55 Court, Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
33309, in the amount of $4,000:00 for beautification at Golf
Villas at Sabal Palm is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
