CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 3 90-2-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR DRIVEWAY REPAIRS BY CORMIER
HOMES FOR LOT 25 IN WOODMONT TRACT 74;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Cormier Homes has filed with the City a Cash
Bond in the amount of $200.00 to guarantee driveway repairs
at 8320 Black Olive Drive, Lot 25, in Woodmont Tract 74; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Cormier Homes
in the amount of $200.00 for driveway repairs at 8320 Black
Olive Drive, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
1986.
